Specific Mortgages for off-plan property
Are you considering purchasing an off plan property, and require deposit, stage payment and completion finance?
If you are already a homeowner, we can arrange your mortgage for you. If you are a first time buyer, we can arrange a personal loan – and we can guarantee your completion mortgage when you sign your deeds.
Your stage payments are available as and when you need them, and you will only pay for what you need, until the signing of the deeds there is an option on paying interest only.
The loan would cover all necessary payments to the builder up to the signing of the deeds, within a maximum period of three years. The mortgage would cover up to 100% of the official value of the property, maximum reimbursement period 40 years.
